What if the size isn't right?

Great gift. Bought these for my wife, who can only wear silver and requires push on backs. Although it doesn’t say it in the description they do have push on backs and they came with spares which was very helpful. Customer service answered this question for me before purchase very efficiently. Quality, packaging, shine and size as described but we’ve had them less than a month, see how it goes.
