- Belgium: 1 to 2 business days
- Germany: 1 to 2 business days
- Rest of the EU (including France and Austria): 4 to 9 business days, or 2 to 5 business days with express shipping (price shown at checkout)
Non-EU Shipping
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
- Switzerland: 5 to 8 business days
- Australia and Canada: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days
For orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are included in the price. We guarantee no additional charges upon delivery.

- Orders shipped within the EU include VAT.

Ownership & Risk
- You can change or cancel your order until it has shipped. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can still return it under our refund policy.

- Any delivery date provided is an estimate. Drippy Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processing.
Lost Packages:
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can investigate.
- If you contact us after 30 days, we may not be able to assist due to expired Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
