Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
We’ve got you covered. You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (without used postage labels).
- To get started, simply fill out our Online Return Form. Once submitted, our team will reach out with the next steps.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are free—we’ll take care of the outbound shipping for your new piece.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refused, Unclaimed & Return-to-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or marked as Return to Sender by the carrier, it is routed back to our international fulfillment hub. This does not guarantee that the item will arrive at our EU warehouse. Refunds can only be issued once the item has been physically received and checked in by our warehouse. If the return does not reach us, no refund can be processed.
3. Exchange Process
- If you’ve requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped within 3-4 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your replacement is on its way.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchanges qualify for free shipping—we’ll handle the cost of sending your new item.
5. Promotional Purchases (e.g., 'Buy 2, Get 1 Free')
- Free item(s) from promotions cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
- If you return a purchased item but keep the free item, the retail price of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings
- Custom-made or engraved items
- Items marked as Final Sale
