All shipments are tracked. You will receive your tracking information by email.
- Shipping timelines indicated, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

Status:
- Processing: Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 1 business day
- Shipped: Yeah! Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. You'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment along the way, Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered and we do not provide a return label.
After your return arrives, we’ll put it through a quality control check. If it’s all clear, your refund or exchange will be processed within about 14 days. We’ll keep you updated via email so you’re always in the know.
Please note, it might take a few extra days for the refund to reach your bank or payment method.

Lifetime Warranty
DRIPPY is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term fading etc.). The shipping and handling fees are not included in all Warranty Replacements.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by DRIPPY to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.
DRIPPY will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced
DRIPPY shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the defective product is returned to our warehouse. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes DRIPPY's property. Lost or stolen items are not eligible for our Lifetime Warranty program.

This Limited Warranty applies only to jewelry products manufactured by DRIPPY. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- wear and tear
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- use of non-DRIPPY products
Do not expose your DRIPPY jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
- showers / baths
Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your DRIPPY product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your DRIPPY product.
Product
We use real 18k Yellow Gold or Rhodium/Palladium Plating on our jewellery.
Our base metals include 925 Sterling Silver, 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and Brass.
All of our jewelry is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
Jewellery should be kept dry. If your jewellery is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products. Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your gold jewellery. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth.
Our gold plated products are finished using the same quality specifications as our vermeil jewelry. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.
