How do I track my order?

Got a Drippy account? 

Easy Peasy! Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here.


I don’t have a Drippy account yet

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.

EXPRESS SHIPPING EUROPE

Drippy Amsterdam makes you enjoy Free shipping to almost all countries. We ship to almost all countries worldwide. Within the EU we offer Express Shipping which delivers within 1-2 business days. The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country. The list below gives an estimation about the total duration for processing and shipping.

STANDARD SHIPPING / BACK-ORDER SHIPPING

Next to the express shipping method we also have a standard shipping method. This method is free for almost all countries and will be used when you order something on back-order or are located outside the us. The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your country. The list above gives an estimation about the total duration for processing and shipping.

This shipping method takes about 5-15 business days for most countries. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on the destination country, efficiency of your local Postal Service and other factors such as customs clearings that can have an impact on the delivery time but rest assured, we will do our best to deliver the product to you in a timely manner. Above you can find our indications for each country.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING BY DHL  / FEDEX

Outside of the EU and you want to get your package as soon as possible? We offer this option to some countries. If you choose the express shipping option, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days with DHL or FEDEX.

However, please notice that you will not receive the shipping costs back, when you return your package. And make sure you know that import duties and taxes are most likely to be cashed when using Fedex / DHL

PS: Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders & worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Drippy Amsterdam does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@drippy.amsterdam.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Drippy Amsterdam will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Drippy Amsterdam  does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
